Experience of building with Kaplan Homes

Can anyone share their experience of building with Kaplan Homes? Was construction on time, and how was the build quality?

We considered Kaplan homes due to the affordability and extensive inclusions. But we did a bit of math and found that the construction area from them is lesser. So the houses are smaller with more unused land. We ended up going with Eden brae mostly because we wanted a house and land package and Eden Brae had an affordable one for us with a good sized block and a good size house.

We are building with Clarendon but my sister and her husband built with Kaplan Homes about a year ago. They were really happy with them. House was handed over earlier than handover date, and looks like a good house.
