PORTER DAVIS STAIRS HELP

Hi I need prices of stairs from porter davis if anyone has built, the type of stair and how much it costs. I'm after the traditional option 3. Its the timber baluster one in Hampton designs, can anyone help PLEASE
That's a fairly specific type of stairs. Why don't you speak with a sales consultant or visit WOS instead?

I can tell you traditional stair 4 was about $4.5k extra for our plan.

The staircases seem to cost between 4 - 10k extra.

We have been quoted $7180 for the Traditional Option 5 that is on display int eh Waldorf Grange. Not sure about Option 3.
Our Traditional Stair Option 2 cost 5,321 plus we requested for feng shui winder and bottom handrail upgrade $1,273, total of $6,594. I suggest you speak with your sales consultant and you can get a quote. Our quote was very close to the tender cost.
Make sure you ask for how many risers are standard otherwise you might get surprise at the end
Is any body knows how many standard risers are comes with stairs upgrade
Hi, not sure of the standard number of risers, it may depend on your design and ceiling height. We have been quoted just over $11,000 additional for Option 3 which seems excessive based on what has been previously written. We are building the Rochedale 33 with extensions (40 sqs).
