Advice on Boundary fence and garage wall

Our garage wall is on 7cm from our boundary so we were thinking of just use the garage wall as a boundary when we install a new wooden fence. Question is there is a slope between us and the neighbour which we would then have to fill. Is it ok to have the ground up against the garage wall or will this cause problems?

Neighbours land is probably 10-20cm higher than ours.

Hi, although it may look better I wouldn't do it as they could claim the land which would devalue your property. When they install the new fence just get them to put a fence panel between fence and garage wall.

Don't do it. You would be opening yourself up for future grief.
