Building my First Home: Clarendon Maitland 29

Hi everyone,

I've decided to start this blog as a means for documenting my journey and helping others along the way.. Ispent may hours 'googling' images of maitland 29 and imagining what my finished product would look like.

Where am I up to now?

Our slab has been poured and our plumbing is going in.... our frame was surposedly delivered today

The extras i've selected:
- upgraded brick to urban one silver
- deep ocean colorbond roof
- two wirly birds
- inverter air con (reverse cycle)
- upgrade carpets to hawkins black magic with termite resistant underlay
- upgrade tiles to have them in walkway
- upgrade to free standing bath in ensuite
- udgrade to round ended bath in bathroom
- summer of free promo .... loads of free extras....
- spotlights around the house
- plumbing for fridge
- extra powerpoints / NBN / data points / ariel
- modern facade
- glass showers with pivot door (semi frameless)
- crimsafe eqivalent stacker door screen doors / laundry screen door crimdafe equiv.
- 1.2m pivot front door
- power provisions for rear shed
... thats all I can think of off the top of my head

everyone seems to have similar front door so i'd like something a bit different.
