Hi Marjencait, I am currently building with Boutique homes in Melbourne West and I have been very pleased with our build. We hired an independent inspector (Darbecca) and they advised that it has to be one of the best slab and frame they have seen in a long time. We haven't had any major problems with the inspections, just general items of a missing nail here and there. Quality of the work is fantastic, our site supervisor was great but unfortunately we just found out yesterday that he no longer works for Boutique and are waiting to hear who our new SS is. The only problem I am finding is trying to get the rectification reports after the inspections from Boutique in a timely manner, so far it is taking 4-5 weeks with me nagging them but that's just the office staff unfortunately. Other than that I am very happy we chose to build with Boutique Homes.
