We are planning to build a new double storey home in Brisbane in 400sqm land. We are considering the following 2 builders at this moment
1. Plantation
2. Sunstate
plantation has got many designer inclusions that other builders don't have in their standard. But the online reviews are mixed about them.
Sunstate was considered fairly based on product review website. they are not cheap either. they dont have any display home around so not sure about the quality of work.
anyone have any experience working with these builders? Or any builder who happy with custom made designs.
