and when exactly do you start the abolishment???? do you do it only once your loan is approved, and the council approval is granted for the build, or basically just as soon as possible? and before the demo..

You definitely need to abolish the utilities before demolition but you also need to apply for asset protection permit from your local council which can take up to 20 business just like the abolishment of the utilities. The abolishment our utilities was completed about 3 weeks ago and received our asset protection permit around the same time. Our demolition will start in the next 1/2 weeks after the asbestos removal. We have done all this whilst we are still the final stages of signing the contract with our builder.
