There’s much to see at our brand new Welcome Center at Lomandra in Romsey opening tomorrow with a ‘first on ground’ home design; the Hillside 35.
The Hillside floor plan is a unique layout with panoramic, palatial living at its core, while the traditional looking Colonial façade really sets the scene for what’s within. Designed to take in the natural surrounds, the Hillside offers rural, ranch-style living with a dash of urban flair. Available as 30, 35 and 41 square house, the design has four bedrooms, three living areas, two bathrooms and a double lock up garage, split across a central living zone and two bedroom wings.
The Classic Hamptons World of Style interior is on show, offering a sophisticated look with coastal influences of summer patterned tones.
