Here is the First Independent Inspectors Report. I was shocked with how they thought they could do things and how Australian Standards say they should be done....

How have MV reacted in regards to the items that require fixing? Have they been fixing it or trying to palm them off?

Its been a constant battle to get them to fix anything. They are constantly telling me its all within standards which is unfortunate. I really did not expect this kind if work from such a "premium" volume builder.

That's just poor workmanship, do not accept that, you are paying a lot of money for the house and the least they can do is give you the best product

that is not workmanship, that is horse-sh!t. that is one terrible job on top of another one.

i think its time for me to stop crying on small issue what we are going through.

mainvue is supposed to be Henley's premium grade.

Is there a government agency that protects us from these whom we can open a case with? Is this part of ACA consumer affairs? I think you can also ask today tonight to feature your build that will get MainVue ''s attention!!!!!

Waterproofing was in place. Bath installed. Waterproofing was broken to connect drain. I was promised it would be fixed. I happen to find the tile glued on with no backing which does not conform to AS standards.

Bathtub is also crooked, bit that's a different story.
