Tullipan Homes, recent experiences

Hi

I would be grateful if you can share your experience with Tullipan Homes.

thank you!
Anybody? Or recommend reasonable price/quality for custom in Newcastle?
Drive around and stop and talk to new homes been built that you like the quality, have a quick word to trades on site, quality builders will stand out, such as no water sitting around, clean site, then visit a few more of their recent builds and talk to clients, good builder will easily give names of numerous happy builders,or if small, check last 3jobs,bit of work, but worth the trouble
Good advice and thanks we have been doing that.

People are trying to push this idea of a 'builder broker' but I am very wary of that. Doesn't even seem like they are a licensed profession?
Just wondering if you ended up using tullipan as we are looking at using them ??

No sorry we didn't. We didn't really feel they listened to us when we went in for a sales consult but other peoples experience might be different.

In the end we decided to separate the plans from the builder and engaged an architect and put the plans out to tender. Progress on my thread, we are happy with this option though it was more costly getting to DA stage.

Good luck with whatever you decide.
