Hi All,
I am a first home buyer and after 3 months search finally bought a 420 sqm land (14 X 30) at Aurora Estate in Wollert (Vic). I am in stage 25 which is yet to be titled in February 2015. Is anyone here from Aurora estate ?
Now, I need to know the next steps invovling in the buidling process especially certain things to be focused while signing building contract. Much appreciated if anyone can please share their experience or enlighten me with detailed information.
