originally i like open plane living and most importantly eco friendly and energy aficent home
first of it all this home plane is all abut energy afferent .eco friendly .open plane. and low cost of maintain.it is north facing home witch mean it will have low winter sun and worm house neutral way. idea of those large windows at the front to let neutral light and sun and we have the views of Walyunga national park

we try to keep house open plane as i like the luxury of building fake wall when and were i want .and we hate dead walkways to very minimal as they are dead space of the house another words (useless).we currently living in open plane home every one come in they love it feel of open space is awesome.
i am planning to put split system in the house.as that are the best way to cool or heat the house and and best climate control option cept the home simple so it is easy and cheep way to install those air cone over the time
we r going to put solar panels and solar hot water system.as our current home have both and bills r minimum even with peek summer electricity bill never exceed 150 $

Hi mr singh! Great front elevation, it's going to look fantastic from the street, very impressive.
We were originally going to build the Blanchett with Celebration Homes on the land you are on now, did you have to put stone cladding on your front elevation anywhere? They were making us add it as a feature as the land is on a "dress circle" so required more fancy finishes.
Are you doing your solar hot water with Celebrations or doing it after? We thought the price with Celebrations was a bit high so upgraded to the instantaneous gas hot water instead.
Not long now till you'll be getting a roof on, I think it took ours less than 4 weeks from when the bricks arrived on site till the last brick had been laid.

Thanks Ross I am using my own contractor for soler Penel we have use them at past thay r very good and cheep mob calls a women spark I know soun weard lol but thay r very good and hot water system will come from mel as it is evacuated tube system much better then crappy stuff thay use hear.abut the stone clading it will be real stone from spain we will buy it from eaco stone osbourne park . It will go on left hand side piller next to theater room.gammel home in ellenbrook has that stone.and I am planing to put same stone at entrence feture wall .want down the fire place joint on week end and thinking of installing see through fire place between family and dining

Thanks .Yes, it is marion front porch .we like the look of it .Good way to have an outdoor coffee and newspaper wile enjoy those views couldn't go pass it.
Originally ch has design a Blanchett for the land. We thought about it for wile.The way i think the whole idea about buying that land to sweep those views of those hills in the house and for the North facing living rooms .So we don't thrive for winter warm son as the South facing living room will don't have no sun and looking at the retaining wall witch is nearly 2 meters high.
so we decide to bring the house far forward so we have large living space as well the nice drive through garage to put boat or caravan at the side of the house and have provision for pool and outdoor entertaining aria Blanchett was nice home as well.i might be wrong on this one but having a miner bed room at the front of that house on that lend would not do any justice for the beautiful primeum real-estate block.
so how long to go for your lockup now you must be very keen by now. i think your house going to look fantastic by the time you finish with it

was supposed to be at lock up on Friday but doors only arrived yesterday so hoping lock up today!

Since it has been raining wether has slow us down but it is still ticking along. All the miner bed room has been done .It looks like bricks are working from the back of the house and working there way towards the front .Witch mean i don't get to see the front elevation till the end

Brick work is coming along nicely. Plus it looks like we have a few more dry days coming up. So that is also good news!
Nice design mr Singh, we signed up with CH and are building the Marion. How have they been? They say they are quick and better than other builders. How has your experience been? We love the portico that comes with the Marion

Over all thay r good builder construction teem brilent outstanding job hard part is admin once you pass all the admin crap you will love it.marian is nice choice that wos on the list next one down.i have a block that has big retaning walls so I wanted to use every bit of it and plan it well.have you got thred will love to see your plans
