Porter Davis = Henley?

Hi all,

We are about to start building the Windsor 42 with PD and I just received the building permit in the mail. I had to double take when I saw the builder name...

AGENT
Porter Davis Prestige - West

BUILDER
Henley (West) Properties

Wha? I thought I was building with PD ! Anyone seen this before or have an explanation? I'll call them tomorrow.

I was hoping for someone to reply with - ah that's normal due to reason x - so do other people building with PD actually have PD listed as the builder on the permit as well as the agent?

We are building the Windsor 42 in Sanctuary Lakes btw.

Had a response from PD - looks like a "cut and paste" mistake from whoever issued the permit, they have corrected and ordered a new one.
