My first build. Please give opinions and ideas

Hi All,
Building my first home and its a custom design. So far its been exciting but painful at the same time. Being a libran I am slow at decision making and over the time would need your opinion on different things.

First one in this series is doors. Heres a link to interior doors. These will be painted high gloss off white. Please advise which one should I go with or should I pick a plain one.
