SA - Ingle Farm - Fremantle by Fairmont Homes - Bricked 80%

Page 1 of 2
After all my lurking, I finally get to create a thread of my own. (Probably a little early but I'm also very excited
)

Just signed a contract for the land and just waiting for the cooling off period to end. I have been in discussions with a Fairmont homes sales consultant in regards to a slightly modified house plan called 'Fremantle' (Plan below). I have removed some things, changed some things and estimated about $25k for footings.

The block is 9.91m wide and 33.53 deep in Ingle Farm.

All thoughts and suggestions are welcome, this will be a on-going thread as they believe I wont get into the house till this time next year..
Congratulations on starting your own thread, exciting stuff! Look forward to sharing your journey

Nice house plan and block. Bring on selections
Congrats will look forward to seeing the build
House plans look good, ST13. Can't see the picture of the land.
Land settled today, the sold sign makes is very real (as does the large amount showing as owing in my bank account). As my last image for some reason hasn't worked, here is another - Here

(Ignore the red line, its not correct, just there to show that I only have half the block)

Getting a variation done, getting quote on carpet and tiling for inside the house.
Congratulations
Congratulations. How are you progressing with your building plans?
