Air con unit not straight on roof...get this!!! WHAT A JOKE!

Hi All

We have now moved into our house... Finally!!!!

Anyways to give you a bit of background... our air con unit on our roof is on a bit of an angle, it doesn't look straight! See other post https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?t=6184.
We complained to our handover inspector before signing off on the house, he got the technician who installed the unit back to the house to check if levelled, aparently this technician said it was levelled and that he wanted to charge the client, being us, for wasting his time.... WHAT A JOKE!!!!

Anyways, we let it go, as we didn't want to go thru the hassle, however we had to get our heating and aircon commissioned after moving into our home this week. So another technician from the same company came around and commissioned the unit, we then took him outside and asked him to look at the unit on the roof and tell us if it looked levelled... Guess what he said... the unit was not levelled.... what the H**L????

I picked up the phone and called the air con company to try and find out who came out to check the unit and the receptionist said, oh i remember the home, the one who the neighbour said it wasn't levelled?! (Our neighbour was the one who informed us of the problem as he is a plumber) She took my number down and told me the manager would call me back and so far nothing, it has been 2 days... should i demand they come back and fix it without charge? Advice??
Oh boy! If it is not level, it need to be fixed as it is not pleasing the eyes!! Hopefully it will be free of charge.
At least you still have your evaporative cooling unit...
