Sherwood 42

Hi All,

We are in the process of building our first home. We have seen quite a few display homes and like the Sherwood 42 with Clarendon and also the Liberty 42 with Metricn.

Has anyone built these homes with these builders in this forum.

Would really love some feedback.

Building with Metricn at the moment. We are roughly a month from finishing and we could not have asked for anything more. Would we build with them again? Definitly!

Its going to be a knock down rebuild at ryde, sydney.

We're building a Liberty 42 with M3tr1c0n. Same as you, we're doing a "knockdown and rebuild". We're already at the final stages of our build. You can see more of how we're doing (as well as others who are building or has built) in our blog:

Whichever you chose I'm sure you'll be happy with the design. With the builders, it's more luck of the draw. If you get a good Site Manager who's got excellent sub-contractors on his/her book, life is easier with the build, imho.
