Tried posting earlier with no much response, so trying again.
We have had our first PCI, the builder has been dragging the rectification of the PCI defects. Since we know that the builder is dilly dallying and wouldn't fix the problems, can we ask for settlement/ handover and forget about the rectification work. ( HIA contract )
