Just bought a block in Kimberley Downs Estate (Vic)

Hi all, 1st post, but been lurking for a long time.

My wife & I have finally made a decision, and just put a holding deposit on a block in Kimberley Downs Estate, Narre Warren South, Vic.

Now the dilemma of choosing a house! We're currently tossing up between the Atlantique Mk2 36 by Carlisle, the Queenstown 36 by PD, or maybe the Edge, by Boutique. Cost may be a factor on the Boutique home, as my wife wants a new car as well!

Anyone else building or built in Kimberley Downs? There's an extensive list of covenants, or "guidelines". I don't think we'll have any issues though, most of them I like.
