Anyone used Bagnato Marian Guarino Architects (BMG)?

Hi all

So, we purchased an old property on a fairly large block in Essendon last year with intent to knock it down and rebuild. Now we're thinking we'll probably knock it down and put two houses on the block (one for us, the other to sell to recoup the costs). Anyway, just starting to look around for architects and noticed that BMG have done a few nice houses along The Boulevard (along the Maribyrnong river). I was just hoping someone on here had used or spoken to them before to get an idea of how they are.

Ideally we'd like someone who can project manage the whole thing for us. We're happy to pay more for a full service if it removes a lot of the stress
If you've had a good experience with an architect (or builder for that matter) in Melbourne I'd love to hear about it!

Thanks all!

Simon

No. The same paint that they paint the wall with will be fine. The builder probably had every intention to paint it and not leave it black.
