I suspect its 6 to one, half the dozen to the other as to whether the carpet people or the tiler has to cut stuff to suit the 90mm bit across the entryway
How about half way ?
I would put the carpet to tile (first pic) because then if you want to add doors later it will look neatest from the bedroom side.
