Feature Walls & French Doors? Builder through or not?

Hi All,

Am building was thinking to get feature wall built at front by builder but tiled seperately

would it be better/cheaper through builder tiled or seperately?

Same with French doors, just get the builder to put the frames?

Regards

Sarit
Just a thought, we built this house 8 years ago and had the builders put in a frame for french doors.

Its on the "before we sell the house list" and finally being done in a few weeks
Would have been MUCh easier to just get it done by the builder
http://www.scottparkhomes.com.au/metro/ ... d-bayview/

has the sample of what the builder will do with the display wall

So wasnt asure what peoples experience are in terms of am i better of doing it seperately outside builder or with builder looking at cost wise.
