Hi
I am planning a demolish/build in Glenroy Melbourne. I am really keen on aerated brick or other ICF type building materials.
Can anyone recommend if there are any big building companies offering this as an option (e.g. Metricon, Dennis, Carlisle, etc).
Any experiences?

can’t tell from the photo, a tie down rod will be 12mm, is it a steel beam? he should be able to work it out
