Hi Everyone,
I am building my first home with McDonald Jones, everything so far is going really well.
I have heard that there are 2 diffrerent types of floor plans for the kitchen and was hoping someone would like to share for comparison, unfortunately they didnt provide both for me to view but i just went with the one in the Rutherford display home.
I am building the Bordeaux 14m.
Is anyone happy to share as i would like to see what the differences may be?

Ask the council if there is a chance of getting build over easement exemption. Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck. And yes any builder…
