Built With SPH - Carpet Going in 2day :)

Hi there, new to this, building a new home with Scott Park Homes south of the river

We chose the Claremont plan from the Vittoria range with a few alterations. I will put this up when I can

Had pre-start back in Nov, signed final plans in Dec, building license approved just b4 christmas. Now at the stage of earthworks scheduled for early Feb

So where abouts are you building?

I am building the Floreat South of the River.

Had Pre Start end of October, went to scheduling on 8th December, but haven't heard when Earthworks are

We're building The Como and will be finished in about 2 months... had lockup just before xmas.

The Better Half and I have also built with SPH (our version of 'The Sovereign') and are just over a week away from moving in

Unable to get to our plans at the moment, they are locked away, it was a good thing as I would have kept looking at them. Ill get to them soon though

Main changes we made - Double door entry, double shower in Ensuite and extended vanity, WC moved to the other side. Doors were added to Home Theatre, Home Office & WIL.

Family & Alfresco now larger area as we took out the activity to have more open space

Mr Gum I would say you should be at the same stage as us then. We did not receive a letter but I emailed our contact in contracts admin which is how we found out. Another email came back yesterday to say our file is with construction and we should hear within the next 2 weeks about time frames

We looked at the Como & Floreat Plan too, both really nice. Floreat was a little too wide for our block

We are building "the Floreat" in Harvey through Scott park southwest offic Awaiting final plans which they told me would be completed end of last week early this week so fingers crossed it will be any day!!
