Hello All,
I have been a silent reader of this Forum for a while. i finally thought, i will reach out and seek your guidance.
I have paid deposit for a lot back in early 2023 and still waiting for tiles to be published.
We have been provided various timelines over the years by developer, yet no way near to the build. The lot we have purchased has a sewage going underneath & a swale behind the lot. As part of civil works developer realigned the swale and sewage. we have been told they are waiting for final execution document from SA health. This was the story for past one year. My understanding is that without this document from SA health land titles Office will not be able to publish titles.
When i looked at SA health website their usual processing time are 6-8 weeks for swale realignment approval. we are way past these timelines. what are my options to expedite this process. Can i directly reach out to SA health? request for an update?
(or)
Am i being played by the developer?
