Hi everyone,
I am currently house hunting and lately found one that is half of a semi-detached/duplex house in Canberra. I would like to know what are my options with / without the consent of my neighbour for knockdown are rebuild or extension renovations for the house. Do I need to hire separate professionals for this project or are there companies that offer a one-stop solution that can manage all aspects of the process.
I would greatly appreciate any guidance or recommendations you may have on these matters.
