I've been with Metronest for a few months now. They are building my house, and I wanted to share my experience with you guys.
Since they haven't finished the first stage yet, I can't comment on their building quality. However, one thing I can say is their communication is terrible. It's difficult to get a reply from them, either via email or phone. They simply don't answer questions or queries. The site supervisor keeps delaying the pre-slab inspection with Darbecca for unknown reasons.

Okay sorry silly me, my wife has solves the mystery for me. It’s because the labels on the ports are all wrongly positioned by the builder hence it confuses me.
