Please be nice. First time home builder in Qld.
I would like some feedback please on whether I should build my granny flat first before my main house at the back of my block, (it's to stay in while building is going on as well as for rental income purposes in the future). By staying in the granny flat l could save some money of not renting anywhere else.
I have an 832m2 block, narrow block, 60m long and width of 14m.
I am looking at Clarendon display homes for ideas as my forever home. Council says I'm a strong candidate for a granny flat add on.
What do you guys recommend? Is it a stupid idea?
Suggestions whether to build my granny flat first or house?
