Reviews on Fairhaven homes

We are looking to do a KDR with fairhaven homes, Have seen plenty of good reviews about them pre construction and plenty of negative reviews about them during contruction or post contruction in multiple places, I know people tend to put more reviews when there is negatives, so we are just after some reviews about the post construction. Like after handover support, how the build after a couple of years? any major issues etc.
