I am building in claymore NSW and this is shown in the building envelope plan.

it shows all lots having zero boundary. So everyone is allowed to build one side of the house wall to boundary. Most builders leave 200mm from boundary.
Builders say can build 11 meters max. But looking at that diagram, it shows 18 meters from garage to end of house that can be on zero lot line.
Anyone built on zero boundary more than 11 meters? Or had to stick to 11 meters?
Please let me know asap as I need to finalise changes with builder.
