Advice on insulation batts

Hello All,

I'm in the middle of a new build and hoping to get some advice. Our batts were installed last week, however, due to downpour in Melbourne in the last 24 hours quite a large area (read a number of rooms in first and ground floor) have become wet due to incomplete roofing works. In these situations should I expect
- the builder to replace the batts as this could retain the moisture leading to moulding and other issues?
- the builder to just let it dry out before commencing the plastering work?

Based on reading a few articles I see the common recommendation to replace the batts. Any advice in the context of building a new house will be highly appreciated.
