Hi fellow WA builders, looking to build our first home so would love any advice. planning a premium build. Around 1.5M in total costincluding landscape. Double story 4 bedroom and bathroom. Around 450 sq met. Have been going around and seeing houses last few months and talking to builders. Riverstone, Oswald and Spadaccini currently top of our list. Any advice to narrow them down further?
