ROOF FLASHING

Can someone advise if my roof flashing is ok ? do they look compliant ? We didn't elect to use zincalume . shouldn't this be colour bond as colour bond was used everywhere else . It looks like a bad patch work . There is silicon between the zincalume and brick. Is this the proper way of doing it ? Thanks so much !

?
Yes it should have been colorbond and no its not compliant. Pressure flashing must be fixed to wall not exceeding 100 mm centres.
Workmanship is sub standard and non matching flashing widths are not acceptable.
I know this post is from a while ago, but the VBA has some good guidance on this.
