How do you get hold of your soil test results?
If you paid the builder, including for soil test then you are entitled to the copy of the soil test.

porter Davis is bust. reading between the lines, I'm assuming how would Op get his results given getting them from the builder directly is now likley impossible.
Three options
1 Ask the liquidator
2 Find another PD customer and ask for the source of their report, then see if they have done your lot
3 Pay for new report
