Builder is giving 2.7 ceiling height for both floors - double storey home.
Will the ceiling height is maintained throughout the home including bathrooms, garage, alfresco as well. yet to check with custom builder and want to check how its for everyone. thanks

I'll look into different shower heads and ask the plumber about some engineering and see what he says. Thanks

i imagine you also have another contract with an architect? and yeah, whatever other's said about special conditions and appendices
