Crickets...crickets-> generally no reply
During periods of hyperinflation, material and trade shortages, increasing govt and service costs, contract bullying, Builders prolonging builds hoping for a miracle, etc,etc
The majority have given up on trying to rationalise build costs-> Clients generally go COLD
On the other hand you could go to a builders display home, if they haven't already sold it off because of cash flow problems and talk BS to a salesman?
