Henley, Metricon or Simonds DS 34sq
We are wanting to do a knockdown rebuild on a block that is currently a small investment property but somewhere we would like to move ourselves for 4-5 years.
We don't need mega high specs but would like:
2.7m ceilings down stairs
Stone bench tops
Reasonable quality timber look laminate
Air conditioning
Double glazing
Ability to change windows to maximise view.
Ability to widen garage.
Are any of these companies better or worse for this type of upgrade?
It is an "emerging" area so we are conscious of not overcapitalizing.
Both were sitting at 500K plus demo ect but our Metricon sales person was willing to itemize, with a price, every single upgrade we wanted. Arden had a chunk of allocation for us to use at "colours" and I was not sure this allowance would cover all we wanted.
