Construction schedule

Hi just wondering if anyone knows of a good construction schedule template for owner builder.

Which software did they design in..Revit? here

Not sure what design software he’s using ,still waiting on plans to be finalised
Just trying to start a preemptive schedule prior to build to get my head around the process integration and timeframes for each build segment.
My excel game is not great but I’m confident I’ll work it out.

Just had a look at cellbim and it looks the goods however the $100 dollars a month sounds a bit rich for a owner builder.
I did query whether my building designer used bim modelling but unfortunately he doesn’t, will find out what software he uses, I believe I did ask him I have just forgot what he said he uses.

It doesn't get any easier than drag 'n drop when it comes to software, but the 3D model and associated data has to be set up correctly ie trade/elements per layer ,etc
$100 bucks /month is cheap you'll find each material takeoff quantity order may cost several hundred from an outsourced scheduler.
The 3d Bim viewer also comes in handy onsite when visualising each trade/element during construction. hth

The hardest thing I’ve found is just the time frames for each trade and scheduling them all in a logical sequence so they don’t conflict

Trial it for 30days, Most are happy to offer an extension if they can see you are offering positive feedback.
BTW, you always get grey areas onsite its not always black and white, even with meticulous planning
