New here and new to building, we are considering a knock down rebuild on the Northside of Brisbane, preferably a two storey house, does anyone have any recommendations for decent builders that they were happy with?

if the original house is in good condition most of what you listed could be added in stages without the need for KDR and costs and disruption of having to live elsewhere…
