It appears to be a business selling subscriptions and which also has an affiliate program. When abductive reasoning says it's a duck, why should you not be considered a Spammer?

Also, a non advertiser using a business or company name as a member's name (and logo) is against the forum's terms and conditions of use.

If you want to get your building related business out before a big audience at very reasonable rates, why not join the forum as an advertiser and write informative articles for the overall benefit?

Engineers have a huge investment in Autodesk and engineering Bim... the cost isn't an issue
Besides Autodesk have acknowledge they can not replace certifying engineers... Clients aren't interested in doing the work themselves.... It's a tough gig

Your implied justification does not concur with the further breach of the forum's term and conditions of use by linking (advertising) your commercial site.
