I am embarking a new journey to build our second house. Its going to be a KDR project in mount Waverley. I have built previously with porter davis so this tie around I knwo exactly what I want.. or atleast thats what I beleive!
I am still looking at floor plans and so far I am really liking urban edge plans and inclusions. I was considering Autern 50 but now I am drawn to the Jumeriah 49. It is a new plan. Wondering if anyone else is also considering the same and what modifications are you doing?
