I am building in WA and like the idea of insulating the cavity with blow in styrofoam balls but wont that cause an issue with the moisture level and weep holes if the air cavity is filled? ie how is the moisture going to escape? Or is there a better material?

You are correct. Just read through all the ncc rules and 75mm is the minimum requirement for me.

I know foam has been around since the 90's and CSR started manufacturing Hebel in 1989, so it's definitely possible
