So I am unto Final stage - having credited provisional sum.
Who do you request refund from, builder or lender?
Please help!!

I took a cheque to me from the builder, said nothing to the bank. Ended up using it for stuff after handover. Mine was only a few thousand though, I imagine a provisional sum could be quite large.
