We are planning to build double story 38-39sq house with Carlisle homes. Just want to check if anyone else is building? and do they have decent options as standard in their colour studio that don't need much upgrade? Or like some other builder everything is upgrade.
The Affinity range have a lot of decent inclusions compared to T range, any advise on that will be great.
