Hi everyone. My builder had 2 precast concrete steps in my CDC approved plans which, now that we are about to put in framing, they’ve come back and said will be $1700 additional to put in.
What are my options? Will it be cheaper to do the 2 steps after handover? Can i do anything else other than concrete steps here? Pics added from architectural plan.
