A builder like Thomas Archer or Boutique in Sydney?

Hey guys,

We really seem to like the floor plans and especially facade choices for these builders in Victoria - Thomas Archer and Boutique - however they don't cover Sydney it seems.

We like the modern, contemporary designs they have. Particularly Thomas Archer the designs look very architectural which we love. Are there any companies in Sydney we should be looking at?

Not exactly like Thomas Archer(I wish they were here in Sydney too), but definitely nicer designs then the typical project builder would In my opinion be Meridian homes. Also don’t mind Hall & Hart. I know Hall & Hart would be quite flexible with their floor plan and exterior.

Kurmond homes also have a design which reminds me a bit of Thomas archer which is the bronte 33. But their reviews haven’t been that great due to being painfully slow so would be careful.
