Yeah it certainly does....got a chippy booked for next week, to do inside and our soffits and tiler to start week after its going so well at the moment..
Bricks finished today...waterproofing done and skirting mostly complete and doors hung too dark to take pics inside

Ask the council if there is a chance of getting build over easement exemption. Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck. And yes any builder…
