I can't find my oven manual how did you get warming drawer to work
Hubby just finished decking out my walk in pantry. So glad we made this call during the build stage we deleted the double hall cupboard as we have a storage room in the garage plus a double linen in the laundry already. We pushed the wall out to extend the wi pantry and asked the ss not to install the coral shelves. Total cost around $400 shelving and work timber bench from bunnings

we have deleted our shelves too
was the white melamine shelves from Bunnings premise or did you do it all yourself? I hope mine looks as good as yours!!! I need your hubby to tell my hubby what to do
Thankyou. Hubby did it himself just brought the supplies from Bunnings he is very handi my man but its due to his tight arseness that he wouldn't pay someone else to do it lol

I can't find my oven manual how did you get warming drawer to work
There is nothing in the manual about it but its just a residual heat warming tray. If you are cooking on low heat it pretty much stays cold. I had 4 trays in there which were hot from the oven and they stayed warm enough to serve only because closing the draw and 4 hot trays the draw insulated them enough. I did find I had to put a couple things back in the oven for 10mins before serving.

Awesome so I did have it right lol
So we have been in for almost 2 months already. Still the dishwasher does not work and we have issues with our concrete slab which has concrete blistering. They have had everyone out to look at it but no result which is frustrating as I have everything now stored in my entry way.

Holy crap bell
it looks like the mix wasn't mixed enough and when they screeded the slab it formed a concrete crust on top but that's failing now. If you rub one of the blemishes does it give way to the sandy rock under the surface?
Have you had the concrete batching plant out to look at it?
Are coral offering any suggestions on remediation?
I hate hearing of things like this, you must be so disappointed
I hope everything gets sorted out for you.
Yes its porous. The area manager, concrete, and batcher out. They are blaiming the sand used. Coral are not responding about an outcome yet. We raised this after slab was poured months ago and its worse now we are in. They are saying stuctual its ok but im considering calling qbcc to have it tested.

doesn't look good fingers crossed for you that there's an easy solution ...
Grrr!! This sucks big time! Hopefully it can be rectified. Is it on the concrete that's visible (garage floor) that they've inspected or have they looked under carpets too?
No we haven't lifted carpets but I sent an email today asking for an outcome and the area manager was extremely great in getting back to me. He stepped out the processes he has taken and what is scheduled to move forward. They are grinding the floor, cleaning the floor and doing 2 top coats of epoxy. He has also said he will send someone out to inspect the slab and report the findings so I am extremely happy with the follow up. The work will not start for 3 weeks and I have stuffed stored in my entry way but its a small price to pay to have it rectified correctly

That's such a bugger! I hope it gets sorted out for you...
I just noticed its been 10 days since ive been on...i remember when all we ever lived for was our build and i was logging in several times a day here lol... well life if back to normal and we do love our house. Coral are doing an epoxy on the garage floor the process will start on the 30th of this month. Grind clean and 2 coats guess this will be over a few days. Dishwasher still having issues but we are working towards resolving it also dont feel hopeful the technika rep is a toss who thinks his *cough cough* dont stink. He sends a text message an hr before he arrives amd expects you to be avalible. I told him he needs to give more notice, surly he knew days ago he was coming! Anyway I will never recommend the brand or buy it myslef.

Glad to hear you are settling in! I agree... homeone helps us stay sane during our builds. The support is amazing.
I'm not sure where Technika sits compared to Westinghouse (which we are supplied and know it's not "premium") but I'm sorry you aren't happy with your supplied dishwasher!
Yes it's strange how we slip back into our normal lives hey. Good to hear your garage floor is getting sorted and still having issues with the dishwasher - that should have been replaced. We went owner supply and got a credit for about $370, you can bet if we didn't have one they would have quoted $800 lol.
Been a while since ive updated. We have finally got a credit for the dishwasher and I am suppling my own choice as the replacment to the faulty Technika will not disolve tablets or dry dishes. We are also in the process of having the garage floor completed. It was flaked today and they will be back to seal it tomorrow. It really has finished the floor making it look like a new home again not a floor which looked 20yrs old! Very happy with the follow up progress with coral and have recommended them to other friends. I also recommend this site to them as its helpful to get more then 1 opinion
