@Dasi: I haven't received any update for my house in the Greenbank.
I'm not sure when they will give us notice on pre-inspection etc, looks like in the Premier collection folks got 2 months lead time on the dates if you looked at posts from them.
But with Lakeview folks got lesser notice, so it's hard to guess when this settlement will be. You reckon we should bother contacting them?
Yes, some of the Lakeview folks had like 2 weeks notice or something like that...well they need to also send us information on dates the bank can make valuations too...not sure whether to start bugging customer service or not because 2 weekends ago i went to have a look at my house and even the tiles weren't laid out yet...i am going again this coming Saturday/Sunday to check it out...however, most of the other houses looked quite a bit complete (at least from the outside) with landscaping remaining (again I don't know what the inside looks like of these houses). Maybe those owners can start asking customer service. As for me based on 2 weekends ago its not worth bugging them now...but i will assess it after i see the house again over this coming weekend...
In two more week's we should also be getting their regular monthly updates...
Let me know if you hear anything and I will do the same too...
Yea your right, not sure when they will notify us. Based on the different stages the houses in the same release are, it's hard to say.
Yep I will let you know if I hear anything at all from them. Let me know how the houses look this weekend

Visited the greenbank area over the weekend...the houses numbered 1005, 1006, 1007, 1008, 1009, 1010, 1035 and 1036 seems to have their landscaping done and the houses numbered 1005, 1006, 1007, 1008, 1009, 1010 had a notice on their doors saying something like "House is fully cleaned, if anyone is caught within the premises with boots will be charged the full amount of cleaning"...maybe it is an indication that these houses may start of the settlement process for the Greenbank collection...other houses seemed to be at different stages at least from what I could see from outside not sure what the inside looks like...Still a fair bit to go on my house...
I did notice that most of the houses in the greenbank (including mine) had a very ugly light blue ish/light greenish coloured door...I hope they are going to paint it and that it is not the final colour. It would be a pity if the doors are that colour...if that is the final colour then I need to add a bit more to my budget to change the door/door colour...sigh..
Hi Dasi,
Those house numbers you have mentioned are all from Greenbank release 1, yours and mine are from Greenbank release 2, so I guess these guys will settle in August and we will probably start in September.
Is your house door colour green/blue in your brochure with plan? If yes then it is going to be that colour otherwise it will be that colour that is printed in the plan.

No my door on the floor plan is brown...which is why i was a bit dissapointed....When i went there the sales centre was not open so could not ask Bernie or anyone whether it will be painted over...
Then you don't have to worry, they will paint it brown as per brochure
May be double check with customer care
yea will check it with customer service...thanks..
That teal colour is the bare door. That's how it comes from the factory. Final colours will match the facade picture thats on your floor plan.

Has anyone in Greenbank Collection had thier valuations done....if yes did u get it as per ur contract price??
Thanks navman..i did email customer service late last evening..will give them time till end of play today and give a call tmr morning...
Also as far as i know, no one from greenbank has been called to do their valuation..
Hi Guys, I have purchase a property in Greenbank Collection first release (10A), I checked with sales team and they advised that a lot of properties in Greenbank collection have been inspected for valuations.
My property was also assessed but I am having issues with getting right valuation with one of the lenders, does anyone else have the same issue?
Hi miaculpa,
Everyone who posted here from the previous releases had their property evaluation match the contract price. Which lender is this if I may ask?

Its Bankwest, the valuation is short by more than 10% of the purchase price.
Has anyone else used bankwest as their lender???
@miaculpa: Get a copy of the valuation report from Bankwest. Then get an independent valuation done by CBRE. These reports are contestable.
miaculpa maybe get a broker who can find a good lender?
Also would you be comfortable to share the style of the house you purchased? (I.e. habitat/urban/metro etc)

Hi Dasi,
Already have a broker...will now look at other lenders.
I don't know the style...its a duplex with one common wall with neighbour next door.

i see... I would try and do what Kaycee recommended...Bankwest is just one lender..There are loads of other lenders..hopefully, you will be able to get one..Most of the others who have settled in the premier collection and lakevue had their valuations come at the contract price and some with a bit more...hopefully, it is just an anomaly and not a trend that all of us from greenbank and other releases afterwards will have to experience...
